Ricky Williams makes Longhorn predictions, talks to an idiot

AUSTIN (KXAN/KNVA) — One of the Longhorn’s greatest alums has high hopes for the 2016 season.

Ricky Williams sat down to talk about an upcoming comedy show with CW Austin Entertainment Reporter, Joe Barlow but got serious when the conversation turned to Longhorn football.

“I think this Texas team is going to surprise people,” said Williams. “Even if Texas doesn’t win against Notre Dame, if they play hard and earn some respect in front of the national audience, they can take that confidence and momentum and have a really strong season. My prediction for the season is the team will win at least 8 games and go to a bowl game.”

Williams will be a part of the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, happening now, as a guest monologist for a show called, “Stool Pigeon“. It features a celebrity (in this case Ricky Williams) telling personal stories. Then a cast of improvisers act out original scenes and use the stories as inspiration.

The show is Saturday, September 3rd at 11:00 PM at Stateside at the Paramount.
