Edgar Allan Poe’s “Imaginary Life” is on Austin Playhouse stage

AUSTIN (KXAN/KNVA) — With Halloween almost here, the Austin Playhouse wants us to embrace our darker side with America’s favorite dark poet.

Edgar Allan Poe is known as the author of The Raven and the Tell-Tale Heart but now in Austin he may be known as the star of a musical.

The show is called “Nevermore, The Imaginary Life and Mysterious Death of Edgar Allan Poe” and runs through November 5.
